Operationally challenged, geometrically solved

Geometric Process Control (GPC) technology

Geometric Process Control (GPC) is a novel technology used at present to solve difficult manufacturing problems. GPC is the successor to Statistical Process Control (SPC); it provides solutions to problems that have been insoluble for so long that people believe they have no solution.

This wholly new technology is based upon the mathematics of n-dimensional geometry instead of algebra or calculus making it much easier to use and understand because it does not require maths expertise.

GPC significantly simplifies the management, sharing, visualisation and information-extraction from large amounts of experimental and operational data. It owes nothing to Statistics, Chemometrics, Neural Nets or Genetic Algorithms.

This technology also enables the generation of accurate non-linear models of processes and subsequent simulation without statistical or mathematical expertise. The models can be used off-line or in real-time. Our experience shows that this enables rapid take up of the tools across all disciplines in an enterprise.

Curvaceous Software have developed a suite of GPC technology products. Each of the three current products comprises different tools that facilitate a range of investigations in areas such as process analysis, control, improvement and optimisation.
