Operationally challenged, geometrically solved

Geometric Process Control (GPC) technology

Geometric Process Control (GPC) is wholly new technology is based upon the mathematics of n-dimensional geometry instead of algebra or calculus. Because it is based upon geometry it is visual so it is much easier to understand and to use. This means that many more people in your company will be able to use it to understand better how your processes really work and to understand why they aren't working at their best right now.

GPC can be used to create real-time control and optimisation models entirely without equations and complete with ready-to-use operator display. The models can be used offline for experimentation, Formulation and Scale-Up problems and online for Batch or Continuous processes to keep the process operating at its best all of the time instead of just some of the time.

The scope of GPC is very broad with reduction of operational variability as the underlying theme. The benefits of reducing operational variability show as increased throughput, shorter cycle times, higher yields and efficiencies, less recycle, reduced scrap or waste, less energy usage, reduced emissions, fewer lab samples, longer plant/catalyst life and safer plants. If any of these benefit areas, or any of the applications in the figure below, are of interest to you please contact us via enquiries@curvaceous.com

GPC is not derived from  Chemometrics, Neural Nets, Genetic Algorithms, fuzzy logic or any branch of mathematics that you have ever come across before.

Curvaceous Software have developed a suite of GPC technology products. Each of the three current products comprises different tools that facilitate a range of investigations in areas such as process analysis, control, improvement and optimisation.
