Visual Explorer (CVE)

CVE for data analysis, process improvement and quality improvement. Without requiring any of the maths skills of statistical process control for example.View a single graph showing thousands of sets of hundreds of variables using parallel coordinates. That's your entire process on one screen plot! You will be able to understand it much more quickly and easily than from looking at a few time-trend graphs or PCA plots. You can still use PCA and other advanced math methods. Just include the PCA Scores as variables - CVE has no built-in limits on the number of variables so you don't need to second-guess which are the most important variables before you start you analysis. You will probably find that being able to see all the PCA Scores and all the original variables at the same time will let you get even more out of PCA. You will also find it much easier to communicate your results to the many who don't know PCA.   

CVE is an analysis tool for identifying opportunities for cost and variability reduction in existing manufacturing processes. CPM for process modelling, process improvement and quality improvement. Without requiring any of the maths skills of statistical process control for example.

CPM advises your plant operators, in real time, how to operate the process for maximum efficiency and minimum waste. It auto generates a very accurate model using only existing plant data.

Response Surface Visualiser (CRSV)

Used to speed up Design Of Experiments, CRSV displays the complete reaction surface even for small data sets. Once again using parallel coordinates its methods are completely visual, so no regression analysis is required.

CRSV can estimate the input and output ranges for all your unfixed variables, therefore illustrating all the feasible paths and answers instead of limiting you to a single solution.

Product Training can also be organised as a separate entity at any time through the consultancy services either onsite or as a webinar.
